Excursion to the Ourika Valley 1 day from Marrakech

This single day tour will go to the beautiful High Atlas villages of Ourika and Setti Fatma located on the main road in Ait Ourir. Along the way we will make stops to rest and take photos of the wonderful natural landscapes. We will make a special visit to the Setti Fatma waterfalls; which is a small Berber town located in the heart of the Atlas Mountains and from which you start to visit the waterfalls of the Ourika Valley; perfect place to enjoy the clean air and wonderful views of the mountains.
Ice cold water, craft work along the way – stained glass and tin and metal lanterns, hand painted wood and crafting furniture.
Additionally, this excursion will be a very good opportunity to discover the traditional life of the Berbers who live in the mountains and who use their donkeys as means of transportation.
Lunch will take place at a local restaurant next to the Ourika Valley.
Returning to Marrakech in the afternoon, this incredible day will end. It is a totally recommendable visit since Ourika is considered a relatively unspoiled valley and a perfect place to escape the hustle and heat of Marrakech.
