Your journey begins with an early morning pick-up from your accommodation in Marrakech. As you travel through olive groves and traditional Berber villages, enjoy scenic landscapes and authentic Moroccan countryside.

Upon arrival, you’ll explore the waterfalls from different viewpoints, walk along shaded paths, and experience the refreshing mist at the base of the cascades.

Morning Departure from Marrakech

At around 08:00 AM, your driver will pick you up from your riad or hotel in Marrakech. The drive to Ouzoud takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, passing through the Atlas foothills.

A short stop will be made along the way for coffee or a break.

Arrival & Exploration of Ouzoud Falls

Upon arrival, start at the panoramic viewpoints overlooking the waterfalls. Then begin your descent along a scenic trail surrounded by olive trees and small local stalls.

As you walk down:

• Enjoy multiple viewpoints of the cascading falls
• Feel the refreshing spray near the base
• Observe wild Barbary macaques in their natural habitat

Optional Activities & Free Time

During your free time (approx. 2 hours), you can:

• Take a boat ride near the waterfalls (optional)
• Relax by the riverbanks
• Enjoy a traditional Moroccan lunch at a local café (not included)
• Cross the footbridge for unique views

Wildlife & Nature Experience

Ouzoud is also famous for its population of Barbary monkeys, often seen around the area. Watching them in their natural environment adds a unique charm to the excursion.

Return to Marrakech

In the afternoon (around 15:30), regroup and begin the return journey. Arrival in Marrakech is expected around 18:00–18:30.
